Why GuruTeam has become an LPI Authorised Training Partner

GuruTeam has a hard won and renowned reputation for delivering Information and Communications Technology training courses that set the benchmark in the industry for quality and effectiveness. While that reputation is a source of great pride to us at GuruTeam, we recognise that the secret of our success lies in the fact that we closely monitor the constantly evolving demands of the market we serve and we are ever mindful of the need to stay ahead of the curve so that we are ready to meet our client’s changing needs.

A case in point is the widespread use of Linux amongst ICT companies. This phenomenally successful open source operating system is used across a huge range of organisations, from single network applications to enterprise suites, from manufacturing to supply chain, from private to public sector, Linux has established a foothold pretty much everywhere. From our regular discussions with developers, support specialists and system administrators we became acutely aware of the rapidly growing requirement for training that not only involved a successful transfer of knowledge but that also incorporated Linux accreditation in the form of an LPI certification. We recognised that as GuruTeam already had in place course instructors that could boast industry defining experience in working with Linux, and that there were no LPI Authorised Training Partners in Ireland that we were ideally placed to fill this accreditation gap. We decided to pursue this opportunity and now GuruTeam is very proud to be the first LPI Authorised Training Partner in Ireland.

The benefits of offering ATP training that was designed to meet industry-wide requirements rather than niche applications are obvious. Training budgets are tight but the need for a highly skilled workforce has never been greater. A course that offers broad knowledge transfer for both employer and employee and that culminates in a recognised certification is clearly an attractive commodity. Security of quality is guaranteed because as you would expect, GuruTeam Linux training courses have to meet the challenging standards that are demanded of Authorised Training Partners.
